The story begins with Ranga Babu (naresh) who is a driver. He is also the childhood friend of Srinivas (srinivas) who hails from a wealthy family and lives in the US. The time comes for Srinivas to come to India and get married. His parents (jeeva, sana) decide to get him married to Manimala (madhurima), daughter of Raja Rao (ahuti) who lives in another place. However, Srinivas wants to test the girl’s nature so he becomes the driver and asks Ranga Babu to take his place. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
